Abstract:

The two stage aqua regia-two stage reduction process is studied for high-purity gold refining.The process includes pulverization of coarse gold，aqua regia，removing nitrate，reduction，smelting waste gas treatment and wastewater treatment.The practice shows that the quality of high-purity gold is stable and the purity of product is over 99.999%.Compared to electrolysis and solvent extraction，the two stage aqua regia-two stage reduction process has advantages of simple flow，short production cycle and convenient operation.The success of the two stage aqua regia-two stage reduction process has an important significance in improving the competition of enterprise and added value of product.Therefore，the two stage aqua regia-two stage reduction process is worth of promotion in gold manufacture enterprises.
