三山岛金矿无架腿支护技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Support Technology Without Legs in Sanshandao Gold Mine

摘要:

三山岛金矿西山矿区自1989年投产至今已有27年历史,受价格和品位波动的影响,黄金价格低迷时,部分赋存条件复杂的矿体未能及时回采,因此矿区内存在较多的高品位人工假底下矿体。人工假底下矿体的开采面临着上覆充填体强度较低、围岩条件复杂和资源难以回收等技术难题。通过理论分析、现场工业试验等手段,对三山岛金矿西山矿区内回采人工假底下矿体的支护技术进行分析研究,为确定高品位人工假底下矿体回采支护方案提供科学依据。在S10190采场创新采用无架腿支护技术支护顶板,成功回采金矿3 000余吨,避免非人为故意因素情况下偶然性刮倒、碰倒钢支架情况的发生,大幅减少工字钢和木料等采联及通道支护材料的使用量。该技术可以提升机械化作业效率,从而达到提高采场回采效率的目的,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:

Xishan mining area of Sanshandao gold mine has gone into operation for 27 years from 1989,it reserved many high grade top and bottom pillar orebody effected by price and grade fluctuation.As some of the complicated occurrence conditions orebodies haven’t been mined when the gold prices is in the doldrums.Mining of top and bottom pillar orebodies faces several technical problems,such as lower strength of the upper cover body,complex surrounding rock condition and resources recovery difficulty etc.The supporting technology of top and bottom pillar orebody in Xishan mining area of Sanshandao gold mine is studied combined with theoretical analysis and field industrial test.The results can provide scientific instruction for determining the support scheme of  mining of top and bottom pillar orebody.By innovative using support technology without legs,more than 3 000 tons gold ore was successful stoped in S10190 stope.It also can avoid the steel support knocked down by scraper,reducing the application amount of support material such as I-beam and timber.The technology let the mechanization operation efficiency promoted to improve the mining efficiency of stopes,it has good economic and social results.
