我国矿业企业三维矿业软件普及的管理制度创新

摘要:

三维矿业软件应用是实现矿业4.0的最基本条件,也是实现矿山智能生产的前提。在分析我国矿业企业三维矿业软件普及严重滞后问题的基础上,通过与西方矿业企业运营管理模式进行类比推理,综合我国矿业企业管理中存在的问题,指出我国矿业企业中三维矿业软件普及严重滞后的根本原因在于矿山运营管理模式难以适应三维矿业软件应用的需求,进而提出取消我国现有的矿业生产调度制度,减少管理环节,发挥工程师和生产主管的作用,让技术部门和生产部门直接对接组织生产等运营管理的改进建议。

Abstract:

The application of 3D mining software is the most basic condition to realize the Mining Industry 4.0,and also the premise of implementing the intelligent production of mine.Based on the analysis of the serious lag problem of China’s mining enterprises application of 3D mining software,through reasoning and analogy with western mining enterprises operation management mode,and combined with the management problems of China’s mining enterprises,the fundamental reason was pointed out why the 3D mining software application lags behind in China’s mining enterprises,that is mining operation management mode difficult to adapt to the needs of 3D mining software application.The suggestion is to cancel the existing mining production scheduling system in China,reduce management link and play the role of engineer and director of production,make the technology and production departments direct docking operation organization of production.
