摘要:
为探究尾砂胶结充填体强度分布规律,根据某铜矿阶段空场嗣后充填采场尺寸进行了相似模拟试验设计。按照弗劳德相似准则开展模拟井下充填流速和充填流量的充填试验,对胶结充填体三维方向进行了取样及单轴抗压强度试验,系统分析了充填体强度在纵向、横向和竖向3个方向上的分布规律。结果表明:阶段空场嗣后充填采场在一次连续充填段,尾砂胶结充填体单轴抗压强度存在显著的不均匀性;在采场纵向,即料浆流动方向,充填体强度总体上先降低后升高;在横向上具有中间高两边低的趋势;在竖向上表现为由下向上逐渐降低的分布规律。根据以往研究和本次试验可知,尾砂胶结充填体在三维空间上分布不均匀主要是由尾砂级配、水泥含量、固结时料浆实际浓度和流动沉降特性等因素共同作用导致的。
