摘要:
溜井是矿山溜放矿石的重要工程,其结构简单且使用方便,但长期投入使用后矿石会不断冲击和磨损井壁,极易出现井壁垮塌现象。对于大多数矿山,溜井维护和修复存在一定的困难,因此需合理选择安全、高效且可靠的溜井加固技术方案。针对现有支护方法施工时占用溜井时间过长的弊端,提出了采用双控张拉锚索束从井壁外围向井筒内部进行整体加固的技术方案,并阐述了其作用原理。通过建立双控张拉锚索束力学模型,分析了满足安全系数条件下锚索荷载的设计方法。结合现场工程实践和监测数据分析,证明通过双控张拉锚索束能够使井壁出现垮塌的溜井在加固后处于较长时间的稳定状态,并能节省大量工程修复时间,减少对溜井的占用。基于双控张拉锚索束的溜井井壁垮塌修复方法为安全、高效解决溜井井壁大范围垮塌的修复问题提供了可行途径。
