针对某银多金属矿矿物组成种类繁多、矿石性质复杂、铜铅分离不彻底及贵金属银回收率低等问题,分析了原矿矿物组成和矿石性质,并进行了详细的选矿试验研究。在给矿品位为铜0.68%、铅1.22%、锌1.47%及银74 g/t的条件下,小型闭路试验获得选矿指标如下:铜精矿中铜品位为27.22%、铜回收率为85.29%;铅精矿中铅品位为56.37%、铅回收率为85.02%;铜精矿和铅精矿中银累计回收率为86.73%;锌精矿中锌品位为53.22%、锌回收率为77.48%。与矿山实际生产对比,该工艺技术不仅药剂制度简单,流程简洁,且大大提高了银、铜和铅的选别指标。

It is difficult to flotation separation of some Ag polymetallic ore because there are many different kinds of metallic sulfide minerals and the ore properties is very complex.In order to solve these problems,the identification of technological mineralogy and mineral processing experiments were conducted in the paper.By closed circuit tests,the copper concentrate which with the Cu grade of 27.22% and recovery rate of 85.29% could be obtained,as well as the lead concentrate which with the Pb grade of 56.37% and recovery of was 85.02%.The total Ag recovery rate of them was 86.73%.The zinc concentrate which with the Zn grade of 53.22% and recovery rate of 77.48% was also gotten.Compared with the mineral processing practice,the technology in the paper is not only with concise flowsheet and simple reagent system,but also bringing better concentrate grade and recovery rate of Cu,Pb,Ag.
