摘要

我国铂族金属储量少,供求矛盾日益突出,铂族金属资源综合高效回收利用研究显得十分迫切。浮选法是当前铂族金属矿物选别的主要方法,但该方法方案复杂、流程长、药剂消耗大且回收难度高。鉴于铂族金属回收难度大,基于工艺矿物学研究进行选别流程优化是铂矿石浮选研究的重点。其中,浮—磁联合、重—浮联合和混合浮选工艺等联合流程的使用是选别流程优化的重点方向;阶段磨矿、阶段选别和微波预处理技术对提高铂族金属矿石的选别指标具有重要作用;高效组合捕收剂和新型抑制剂的应用可强化对铂族金属的回收。由于对铂族金属选矿分离流程仍缺乏系统研究,未来需重点加强铂族矿物选矿理论研究工作。

Abstract

Due to the small reserves of platinum group metals in China, the contradiction between supply and demand has become increasingly prominent, and the research on the comprehensive and efficient recovery and utilization of platinum group metal resources is very urgent.The flotation method is the main classification methodof platinum group metal minerals,but it is complicated,with long process,large chemicals consumption and high difficulty in recycling.In view of the difficulty in recycling platinum group metals,the optimization of the processing based on mineralogy research is the flotation research priorities.By using joint processes such as float-magnetic joint,heavy-floating combined and mixed flotation process is the key direction for optimization of ore dressing process.Stage grinding,stage selection and microwave pretreatment technology play an important role in improving the selection index of platinum group metal ore.Highly efficient combination collectors and new inhibitors can enhances the recovery of platinum group metals.Due to the lack of systematic research on the separation process,it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical research work of platinum group minerals in the future.
