Study on the New Round of Management Improvement and Reform of Chinese Mining Enterprises

Abstract:

Since China’s reform and opening up,the state-owned and private mining enterprises have got great development,many companies are quite influential in the international mining industry.But because of the historical reasons in mining enterprises management model in China,there is still room for further improvement in organization,operation,geological resources management,engineering maintenance management and vacation system,etc.Through the analysis of the specific practical management model of western modern mining enterprises and China’s current state-owned and private mining enterprises,compare their advantages and disadvantages,put forward the measures that help mining companies to improve their management,that is to simulate the management model of the west modern international advanced mining enterprises to operate China’s mining company.This measure just right correspond with the state’s policy of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,hope to contribute to the improvement and reform of management of China’s mining enterprises.
