Complex Blasting Network Detonation Simulation and Effect Prediction for Open Pit Mine

Abstract:

Abstract: Complex blasting network design of open-pit mine needs to consider parameters of blasthole network,connection mode,specific charge,millisecond delay of detonator and so on,which brings difficulties and challenges to design and optimization of blasting.In order to solve complex blasting network quickly and accurately,the data structure of blasthole and nonel tube were defined.Furthermore,breadth-first synchronous search(BFSS) algorithm was proposed,which implemented to the blasting network effectively.Meanwhile,the ignite time and the detonation time of detonator were acquired.Then,blasting effect such as detonate simulation,burning front and detonating isochrones could be analyzed,which provided an important theoretical basis for design and optimization of blasting network.
