Study on Characteristics of Ore-Forming Fluid in Shabaosi Gold Deposit,Heilongjiang Province

Abstract:

The Shabaosi gold deposit occures in Middle Jurassic land facies clastic rocks. The ore bodies are strictly controlled by SN and NNW trend faulto Fluid inclusions in quartz develop well,ale mailIly gas-liquid inclusions. The geochemical study of ore-forming fluid of Shabaosi gold depo sit proves: ① ore-forming fluid belongs to Ca2+ (K+、Na+ )-SO42- (F-、Cl- ) type which is characterized by the lower salinity (0.8~9.2wt%)、lower density (0.895g/cm3 ), alkali (pH 8.05∽8.26), high sulfide, low oxidize(LogfO2 -39.4∽-39.2)and reducing environment (Eh -0.71~-0.68) . ② The metallogenic temperature is 200°C~230°C, the pressure 172.4×105 Pa, and depth 0.575 km. ③ The ore-forming fluids are mainly from the deep magmas and a little from atmospheric water. so it is the mixture of magmatic water and atmospheric water. ④ Gold is mainly transferred in the form of gold-sulphur complex compands. The drop in pressure, pH value and promote in Eh of the ore-forming liquid sire important factors resulting in precipitation of gold.
