An Experimental Study on Mineral Separation for a Gold Ore with Low Grate

Abstract:

The ore of one gold mine is containing-gold in the sandstone,mudstone with arsenical-pyrite and pyritization in Guangxi Province,gold grade is only 0.91× 10-6,and gold is the main element of valuable metals.Gold had occurred in gold-bearing mineral pyrite and arsenopyrite.Through flotation process of“one roughing-separation,two scavenging-separation,four concentrations”and used Mf376 gangue inhibitors for concentration operation.We had a good indexes of mineral separating technology,gold concentrate containing 17.0 ×10 -6,84.23% recovery of gold, 18.68 times of enrichment-ratio.
