Research and Application of  Step-by-step Approach Caving Mining Method

Abstract:

The mining methods of Jiaojia gold mine can be divided into the upward horizontal slicing-filling mining method and downward horizontal slicing-filling mining method.After drift mining,goaf filling will be adopted.The existing mining method leads to lower mining efficiency,which can not satisfy the demand for the development of production.In order to increase the ore room production capacity,improve the ability of mine,increase the labor efficiency,reduce quasi ratio,and save costs,we begin to research the step-by -step approach caving mining method,based on the original upward horizontal slicing-filling mining methods.After the research and application of the drift mining method,the production capacity of chamber has improved by 86%, which reduce the mining cost and quasi ratio,improve work efficiency obviously.The research and application of this method give mortal contribution to improves production capacity of chamber,reduce cost of production and improve work efficiency,which has significant meaning to the rapid and safe development of mine,establish solid foundation to improve the production capacity of mine area.
