Study on the Method of Backward Vertical Striping Sublevel Filling Mining without Sill Pillar

Combined with the application situation of current mining method in Sanshandao gold deposit,this paper has carried a brief description on the scheme proposed,the theoretical basis and the research purpose for the method of backward vertical striping sublevel filling mining without sill pillar,and also has focused on the introduction of mining engineering arrangement,stope production organization form,stope construction technology and so on.By comparatively studied and summarized the mining method indicators in the existing panels in mine area,some advantages have been derived for this method,such as the sublevel stoping dramatically reducing the quasi project cost,the medium-length hole ore blast reducing the cost of drilling and blasting,the tilt striping stoping realized the fixed-point out of mine,which not only improved the efficiency of the out of mine,but also avoided the filling body collapse caused by secondary dilution.The vertical slitting stoping,effectively controlled the caving of stope roof and upper plate.The back stoping and the two wings return air,improved stope safety and ventilation,etc.With the application of a number of innovative technologies,for example patio construction and to cut the generation of digging,the problem of the patio up-dig of medium-length hole was solved which troubled the mine many years.In short,the method is reasonable designed and its construction technology is easy to grasp.It has a great value in popularization and application.
