Experimental Study on the Law of Flow and Segregation of Filing Slurry in Stope

Abstract

In order to study the flow law of filling slurry and the influence of filling slurry segregation on the strength of filling body,the simulation test of filling slurry flow and the mechanical strength test of the filling body in situ were carried out,which showed that the terminal slope of the filling slurry flow tends to the normal distribution.Segregation stratification generated in the process of filling slurry flow is mainly manifested as the particle size of the filling material decreases with the flow direction of the slurry,the filling strength decreases with the flow direction of the slurry flow,and in the trends of decreasing-increasing-decreasing as "S" inverted.The strength of the filling body is close to that of the standard test block in the vicinity of the feed opening,while the filling strength is the minimum near the middle of the slope,length at location near 7/10 of slope,the maximum.The research results can provide the basis for the design of the quantity and location of the filling pipe in the filling slope,so as to ensure the whole quality of the filling body.
